We are continuously evaluating and expanding our safety programs by focusing on increased individual and team awareness and potential hazard identification and removal, with a goal to eliminate potential injuries. This forward-looking approach to safety includes specific actions in three key areas:

Identification and elimination of hazardous exposures that could result in potentially significant life-altering injuries
While each of our platforms performed better than industry benchmarks, we continuously look for ways to refine and improve our safety programs to ensure a safe outcome for everyone. The leadership team and safety professionals located throughout our businesses are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the programs. However, our success depends on the awareness and personal commitment of each of our team members. It is everyone’s responsibility to be committed to their own safety and to the safety of others.
